  1. How long does it take to receive money?
    A: The money is available within minutes of being loaded on the card. This is applicable even when the money is being sent from another country.
  2. How can I access my money?
    A: The money can be accessed via ATMs, bank branch , Point of Sales anywhere Electroways is accepted.
  3. Can I go to any ATM or POS to withdraw cash?
    A: Yes, you can visit any Electrowayss ATM and also 500 Agrani Bank Branches Point of sales which accepts the Probashi Card , for withdrawing your money.
  4. Can I to withdraw the whole amount in one withdrawal?
    A: No, there are security limits set on your account. Please refer to your letter to know the exact limits
  5. Do I have access to money 24/7?
    A: Yes, the money is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all through the year via any ATM.
  6. Are there any limitations on withdrawal?
    A: The security limits on withdrawal are set based on the region in which the card is being used
  7. Can I use the card at any retail store?
    A: Yes, this is a Electroways, and can be used at any retail store that accepts Electroways.
  8. After registration, how long would it take to receive the card?
    A: It generally be purchased at any bank branches . For online registration it takes 7 to 10 business days to get the card, after the required documentation has been collected.
  9. Can I use the card nationwide?
    A: Yes, the card can be used all over Bangladesh. However, if you use the card outside your branch, the bank may charge you ATM usage charges.
  10. Can I send money to another card?
    A: Yes, we will allow card to card transfers in very short.
  11. Can I transfer money to my bank account?
    A: Yes, you may transfer money from your card to your bank account (if your bank allows it).
  12. Are there any late fee charges?
    A: This is a prepaid card and there are no late fee charges applicable.
  13. Do I need to have a credit history to qualify for this card?
    A: No, we don't do any credit checks for issuing a card.
  14. What is the validity?
    A: The card validity is published on the card. The cards usually come with a 2 year validity and can be renewed once expired.
  15. Is my money safe?
    A: The money is held in a bank account and can only be accessed by you via an ATM transaction by using your PIN (Personal Identification Number).
  16. What if my card is lost?
    A: Please call our Customer Service number and we will block the card and send you your new one.
  17. What if I don't remember my pin number?
    A: We will send you the new pin number via mail.
